Our car went to ensign on 12th November for a mot 3 days later we had a phone call to say our car had rolled down the hill behind the garage and had been damaged. We asked for a curtesey car and all he could provide was his wife's car which was very unsuitable, the next "curtesey " car was a complete shed which didn't even have water in the radiator causing the engine to overheat!! It's now 22nd November we STILL haven't set eyes on our car or EVEN KNOW WHERE IT IS!! This so called business is being awkward and sneaky in providing our insurance or ourselves with any information regarding OUR car. DO NOT TRUST these COWBOYS!!!!.. UPDATE.. this garage refused to let us see our car, saying it was in body shop having little "dink" removed from bumper, my husband saw our car still parked behind their garage with all this damage!!! See pictures below!!! They refused for nearly a month to give our car to salvage... When our insurance finally managed to salvage car they WROTE it OFF, the report stated that in their opinion our car would of passed the mot and that the HANDBRAKE wasn't APPLIED PROPERLY!!! We have had an absolute nightmare since we used this garage, I was THREATENED to be smashed up when I informed them that salvage was on way AND to add more insult to us ALL our personal property has disappeared, Sat nav, dashcam, new oil, loose change, electric Tyre pump.. on hindsight we should of removed all our belongings BUT it was supposed to be a simple mot!!! In hands of police now...

100% would recommend this car garage. Took my car in for multiple repairs very late in the day. Originally we thought only the major repairs would be done on this day although they outdid my expectations and managed to do the entire lot in an hour and a half. Very reasonable price and friendly helpful staff.
I had a electrical issue with my newly bought used Fiat Panda and they were very supportive and handled all the communication with my seller. After replacing the alternator everything worked perfectly fine. Repairs were done fast and even through my seller paid for the repair, the cost was very reasonable just the part cost and labour. I also got a ride home after I left the car there. So overall Im really happy and would genuinely recommend them to anyone.
