I had paid and booked an appointment for sorting out the wheel alignment in the car. The staff was helpful - who pointed out that the checking of alignment is free and i shouldn't have paid. After checking they said my car wouldn't need any work to be done and i could claim refund back. Thank you very much.
Very poor value for money with regards to car servicing. A so called 'full' service is basically an oil change with a new oil filter and air filter.. No spark plugs or anything else included in this 'full' service.. I'm not going to waste that amount of money again on such a small service at this, or any other Halfords Autocentre. I will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on where I can can a lot more for the same money.. I feel ripped off..

I take all 4 of my family vehicles here, simply because the customer care and the way I'm treated is second to none. Time and time again, Matthew and Scott are a perfect example of how customers should be treated, excellent communication, friendly approachable and always do an excellent job! These guys clearly know their trade, they are always able to answer any technical queries and are honest with their advice.
I have only recently bought my first car and being a typical woman driver I didn't have a clue about any of the engine management equipment I needed. I visited Halfords today and was so pleased with the service I received. Matthew and Scott were so helpful, they knew exactly what I needed to get and even helped me fill up the engine coolant and screen wash. They also made an effort to chat to my children and were really friendly. I will definitely be going there again. Thank you fellas!
