Great bunch of boys, do a cracking job cleaning the car for 6 they wash , jet wash car ...chamois dry the car, clean all windows outside , tyre gloss the wheelsAnd for 10 they do all above and clean inside...vacuum, and polish and clean all interior surfaces...well worth for 4 more
Today I went to Sketty Hand Wash for an interior exterior wash and clean. I ask for option 3 on the board 10. Once the car was cleaned the cleaner asked me for 20. I said no 10, they said your car is a family car and dirty. I pointed to the board to option 3 and noticed it said 12 for a seven seater in small letters. He then said ok 15, then your car is dirty, let me get the boss. The boss said 20, we told you 20 he told you pointing to two staff members. I then said no he didn't and the guys looked very sheepish. The boss then said your car is dirty it costs more, i said all the cars here are dirty that's the point of a car wash and you should have told me if it was to cost more. In the end, i pointed to the pricing board, option three, ok it's a 7 seater so 12, you should have said it would cost more than the 10 I asked for. He said ok 12 and you can never come back here, get out. I will be speaking to trading standards this afternoon. But in the interests of fairness, the car is clean inside and out.
