Awful. Definitely avoid. The staff are great but it's very badly managed. Always lights out meaning you usually have to train or change/shower in poor lighting. The whole place needs a face lift as they don't pay any attention to maintaining the fixtures or equipment.

Cheap, plenty of equipment but always busy. Feels a bit grimy. Bag work area is normally in a state of disrepair.
I LOVED the idea of exercise for less, but have been bombarded with hidden costs and tricky contracts to escape unless I'm injured, pregnant, redundant or moving (ALL NEEDING PROPER PROOF) Also! The gym have no contact with the company who take the money from you so you will get debt collectors after you even if the gym have said it is cancelled - DO NOT JOIN
The equipment is good. However, there is only one 60.00kg dumbbell and the other one has been missing for over a year. Not to mention the fact, most customers dont put their weights away and staff are too intimidated to tell people to put them away.
