The majority of the items are not priced and you are not always able to find someone who is able to help you
I feel it's lost its value for money and is now no cheaper than anywhere else. That said, the staff are lovely and it's clean / well presented.
The store seemed a lot more compact than the other store in Swansea, had to squeeze trolley between things in isles but the staff were a lot more helpful than in the other store.
The service I had from the woman assistant who checked to see if the basket I wanted came in a large size was exceptional. She deserves an employee award. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name
This is a small shop staff have always been very helpful every time I have been there. Despite the fact that it's small the shop is well stocked, not crowded and ques are dealt with in a timely way by staff. Parking is easy also as is location.
