Highly recommend Brentacre Insurance to anyone out there with a modified or classic vehicle. Ask for Simon, top bloke, excellent customer service, sorted out a great premium for me. On my third year now and will always stick with Brentacre!
On my third renewal with these guys, always found them great value for money, nothings too much trouble for them,. An old school family feel to the business too, so nice to deal with a real person instead of a web page or a call centre. Can't recommend them enough.
Not the best customer service, as for insuring very unique cars this is not an insurance company to choose. Maybe cheap prices but the service, support and the policy are all not worth it. Made it worse when the advisor is not very professional and rude. Light modified vehicles they maybe can help, just have to get through the rude phone call first.There is no way of replying to your comment, call was made 5 days ago, no name but was called at around 4PM. What we would like to say is things happen that's why insurance is there, but don't start being impolite.
Tried to re insure my hot rod today and Mike said Ill call you back in 30 minutes never happened after more than 5 years of being with them I feel its time to go back to the other Hot Rod insurance company. I now cannot go to three shows in the next three days because of their incompetence.So much for customer satisfaction ah Darren
