What a wonderful place, and Mr Morgan is a true gentleman. Had my engagement ring resized in under an hour, couldn't be any happier. Will go there for everything in future. Thanks so much

Took my diamond solitaire engagement ring into be repaired as one of the claws had broken,it was a bigger job than I 1st anticipated (collected it today ),the customer service I had was second to none,thank you so much Spencer &your son,&thank you both for taking time put of your busy day as I wanted to thank you both personally,I'm delighted with my precious ring Xx

Absolutely amazing service, 12 years after purchasing my Engagement, Wedding and Eternity rings I was involved in an accident and all 3 had to be cut off my finger in A & E. Spencer Morgan performed jewellery magic, repaired my rings and got them back to me for in time for Xmas. Pardon the pun but these guys really are Diamonds. Thank you so much, great service, lovely people, cannot recommend enough.

Spencer and his team are amazing. They are often busy so best go early or late as at peak time you will have to wait. However it is well worth the wait! The service is second to none, so friendly and welcoming. Over the last year we have bought all our jewellery for our wedding from Spencer. My engagement ring, wedding ring & earrings are all beautiful. Spencer even gives my ring a clean when we pop in. We are now customers for life. Thanks again Spencer. Mr & Mrs Moffat
