Awful lawyers. I had a simple straightforward application. He did not complete my application on time. They spelt my Surname WRONG. Got my wifes date of birth WRONG. Got her nationality WRONG. So many grammatical errors on my actual form. We had to give the guy ideas on why we should be permanent residents. Just awful. And when I told him I needed the application back for same day service, he was extremely rude. In the end, I paid their fee, was late for same day service as i needed to fill out a new form and sent out a postal application on my own (without lawyers details) - delaying the whole thing by 3 months meaning wasted lawyer fees and loss of earnings in the thousands as had to remain an employee as opposed to self-employed. Do not use.
