Ive ordered pizza for collection from here many times, (always using some kind of deal) and the staff have universally been polite, pizza has been hot and on time and Ive never had a problem.Keep it up!
Pizza itself was great, but one or two tables for people who are there for the first time and do not know it's a pick-up only place would be useful
I love the local dominoes. There delivery time is really good, issues, rare that they are, are sorted out quickly and when we have friends with dietary requirements, they call to check if we make an error on toppings. I admit I always get the same thing from here but its too good not too. There are usually good online deals too.
Anyone who lives in a block of flats or in sheltered housing - in fact anyone who's accommodation is accessed via a door entry system, needs to be aware that the driver will not enter when buzzed through. Driver said it was company policy. They do not make this clear on their web site. I live in sheltered accommodation due to mobility issues. I had to get down the stairs on my own (I usually have help). I understand the staff safety issues here, but a little acknowledgement to customer safety would not go amiss. Appalling customer service in answering my complaint.
