Great service until something went wrong. Damaged one of our furniture items during the removal process and refused to take responsibility for it. The item was absolutely fine prior to the move. We found the broken piece just left in a drawer afterwards; didn't even bother telling us about it. When we approached them about it, we were met with an extremely defensive attitude; telling us that the furniture was already defective and refusing to (despite acknowledging the incident) accept any blame; even though it happened whilst in their care. Blamed us and told us that they were not liable in any way. We ended up footing the bill to purchase replacement parts. Would never use again.
