The Female owner is misrable and rude she continues to hold conversations on her phone while serving at the post office desk she does not acknowledge you in any form and doesnt even break conversation to listen to your requests properly....night and day to her husband who is a lovely fella unfortunately I always seem to draw the short straw of the two
The owner is miserable and openly rude not only to staff but to customers. Worse still she opens the post office when she likes and not the times displayed! Id definitely recommend using Colwyn Avenue where the owner is the polar opposite, jolly, friendly and open on time (in fact earlier!)Ill never return to Trallwn if I can help it!
The Muslim staff was Very bad attitude and service when I posted parcels there. They seemed unwelcome to service me. I liked use Royal Mail for my posted but I felt very stressful that trallwn post Office every time when I visited there.Also I cannot find other post Office in Llansamlet area so I changed to buy stamp online in Hermes and drop in their parcel shop . I thought that we need other Royal Mail office in trallwn area.
I go there almost ever day the staff there are so nice to me and my friends I dunno what I would do if I didn't like near it
Rude staff in my experience. They behave like we are lucky to buy over priced goods from them. Most of my friends and I avoid this place. But it is a shop come post-office and occasionally have to go there.
