Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Fresh fluffy fish, crispy batter, perfect chips. This is a different class from the ordinary fish and chip shops... not greasy, the restaurant is clean and modern. Back soon!
I have tried many many chip shops around the UK. Some get chips right but fish wrong or fish right but chips wrong. These have nailed it. The chips are fluffy (not a word I'd normally use for chips but there is no other word for it). The fish is lovely and fresh. The batter is crisp, slightly under seasoned but you can always add seasoning. I also had the spicy curry as a kicker. It tastes like what mid Wales people call "Irish curry". Very tasty and a great compliment with the food. It is not cheap but I think is reasonably priced. I have paid a lot more for very poor quality. I will definitely call again
Can't rate this place high enough. It looks so clean inside. The staff are beyond friendly. The food was delicious. Really impressed. Gonna make this my go to chippy.
