I booked this as a surprise for my daughter who is studying at uni in Swansea. I called up a couple of days before and a really helpful gentleman went through my options and put me at ease as I had no experience of the floations and what to book. When we arrived the receptionist was lovely and welcoming. My daughter had a great float and felt a lot better for it. The relaxation area afterwards was not expected but a great addition to the experience. Would recommend this to anyone wanting some me time.

I tried a float here a while ago at the same time as my partner. The experience was interesting, not for me personally but the environment was lovely. My partner enjoyed it and came back again, so I've been thinking about trying it again.However, yesterday they posted on Facebook a video of one of their customers who had fallen asleep in the relaxation room and was snoring, mocking them and laughing. I don't think I would now feel comfortable relaxing there, which defeats the point of the visit. They have deleted the video, but haven't apologised or said whether they apologised to the person in the video. A complete lack of professional integrity sadly.
Not only is flotation amazing in itself, but the environment provided is friendly, welcoming and peaceful, from the massage chairs to the herbal teas you can enjoy as part of the experience afterwards.
