Rang today to enquire as I was desperately looking for a unit last minute... within a couple of hours, they had reserved a unit, sorted paper work and handed the keys over to me. All very fast and effective. Excellent customer service from Dean. He was so welcoming and friendly. He couldn't do enough for me and I left there feeling like I'd made a friend! Really good value for money as the security is second to none. Left there feeling like I was in good hands and my items were secure and safe. Friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble , clean and well maintained units. Easy access from M4. Large car park is a bonus. Staff even take my company deliveries / returns and either store them safely or put them into our unit, great service.
