Brilliant service. Went to another o2 store for data transfer but they would not do it as they said I needed a Guru. Walked in to Swansea Oxford Street and it was done straight away by a Sales Advisor. No Guru needed. Just wish that all the other shops were as helpful. Excellent service

You do not know what your going to get. Every time I visit this shop sometimes you have stunning service and they can not do enough for you, other times you get rude staff. All I wanted to do is exchange an item and an arrogant blond woman served me and it felt she wanted an argument. 3 stars due to other staff being helpful more training needed in this shop.
