Unlike other Lidls in the area, this store hasn't been modernised and is rather cramped.
A small lidl compared to many. Not as much of a selection as Bridgend but still nice enough
Very disappointed tried to return a Christmas present nut had no receipt. Still in original pacaging and un opened. Totally refused and manager was quite abrupt and give me a lidls leaflet and told me to contact customer service. I would not have gone nut when viewing the return policy on the internet it states with or wothout receipt. I followed his instructions and phoned customer service and had the same cold response. Myself i work for the Range and deal with customers everyday and this time of year we do make exceptions to the rule as qe understand things are purcased for preaents and people do not have receipts we offer exchange or credit note not nothing as our customers are important to us.
Great prices but would be an amazing place to shop if it offered a larger selection of products, it's carries very basic stuff there and you can't buy any of the clothing deals
I love it here. They've recently started doing mini veg, packaged as veg for kids but it's just perfect for one person. The place is kind of dirty and neglected. Alcohol section isn't a great choice. The shop is really muddled and hard to find where things are. The path around the store isn't really continuous and is confusing. But I love it here you can find things you dont normally find elsewhere like a full dried salmon or the wide selection of fresh veg and cheeses.
