Train never leave on time, today train leaving late 15 minutes for no reason
Functional and much nicer on the eye than it was in previous years. Information desk helpful when needed.
Staff were all very friendly with helping me catch my train and understand my tickets! Especially Dean for helping me get my tickets when I left important documents at home
There is a Costa at the station along with a WH Smith.The toilets are fairly clean considering it a busy station.I had a bad experience on the weekend. Our train was delayed and we sat waiting on the train for an hour to leave. Whilst sat on the train we were given no update from staff!!
Best place in Swansea to catch a train. Fairly basic experience. Station always 5 degrees colder than outside. Small shop and Costa open, but not early or late when you need them. 15 minute walk to town centre, and immediate district around station is very run down. Staff and information is fine.
