Great service in Wales. Drivers so polite bus doesn't go till everyone is seated. Shame some "buses" are coaches and dogs not allowed as wrecked my carefully planned day to Cardiff as had to return home an hour into journey
Would like to give 0 stars. Busdriver of 501 let's you stay in the rain, only because you don't have a car in a car park near stadium. Even if I wanted to pay the ride.
Now that you can use contactless to pay for your tickets I for one definitely use the bus a bit more as it's so much more convenient, my only gripe is that from where I live it's two and half miles into town and the cheapest return ticket is a day ticket and it's almost a fiver which I feel is a lot for the distance
As a wheelchair user I am very pleased with the way first Cymru drivers are brilliant, extremely helpful in all ways, and you can have a laugh with the staff.
Good.... My dad worked for them up the Swansea valley until he retired. It was nice to catch a bus with the driver who used to work with dad. I told him he looked familiar he took 1 look at me and said the same thing. Said dads name and he knew
