First time visitors, the food is fantastic and there is a good choice of drinks to match. We went for the turkey dinner with fresh vegetables and a lovely bread sauce. The children had fish or chicken nuggets with big chips they were so fresh and well cooked anyone would be happy to have them.

Was a year ago but was visiting the area. Had 2 dogs with us that were allowed downstairs as friendly and well behaved. We had dinner after a long walk and I can't fault the place. Food great, staff lovely and even the locals saved some food for the dogs and came to say hi to my big Bulldogs. Best place I've been to in a long while. Loved it all and done out real nice

I have been here about 3/4 occasions now. The food and service has always been fantastic. It's also got wonderful art work in the restaurant/pub, in the better weather you can go outside to back garden area and visit the rescued animals a great feature if you have children with you and they don't fancy sitting around to long, this is also free. Great for a quick drink and great if you fancy food. The only downside is that it's a bit steep on the prices if you're someone who's on a budget and every penny counts then this might not be the place to eat out as it's slightly up market. Great atmosphere and when I next visit Wales I shall be returning again.

Well, what a pub. Really Great service, Brilliant Food! Batman and Waitresses were lovely and didnt refuse to help out. Its always a good place for families as well because of the zoo and outdoor seating for children to walk around and see all the different Animals (meerkats, Chickens, Ducks e.t.c). This Pub is always one of my favourites, Thanks to everyone who takes the time to help out. Xx really great people

Me the wife and baby boy only popped in for a drink. After being recommended by a lovely couple that we met on a walk, we was not disappointed. What a FUNKY quaint pub. The owner (Andy i think) was lovely and made us feel at home, come and stocked the fire and was happy to chat. They have a passion for rescued animails and there mini zoo is a cherry on the cake, my boy loved it. We wished we could of stayed and had some food! It smelt amazing.
