Had Sunday lunch.. Lamb beautiful. Not impressed with vegetables.. Dinner could of been hotter.. Luke warm. Tasty gravy.
Went there for our choirs after Xmas social and had a great evening. There was plenty of space in the back bar and we had a great singsong. On the down side, drinks were very pricey and it was really cold so had to spend the evening with my coat and gloves on. The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere good.
We always make time to call in here when we visit our friends in Swansea.Great place with great atmosphere.Staff are always friendly and the food is always good. It is always busy and deserves to be. If you are visiting this welcoming city do yourself a favour and go to the No Sign Bar.
The food was the best I've ever tasted. Staff were awesome. (2 yrs later) Apalling food. Reheated dry burnt fishcakes. Cold mains. It now seems to be all about making coin. Cram as many people as possible onto a table and because the food is prepaid they don't care. A member of staff did ask how the meal was at the time. But completely ignored my reply. We were a table of 10 so it's their loss for next year. Very dissatisfied and won't be back.
In Swansea for football. Wales also playing Rugby same day!! So busy. Swansea not the best for real ale but this pub amazing. Norwich got some amazing pubs but this outstanding. Excellent choice of beer. All good quality. Excellent staff and service. Fantastic live music upstairs and in vault. Definitely made our long weekend. ( Apart from Norwich winning!) Even if we had lost pub still fantastic!!
