Terrible staff that undeniably lack customer service skills or any form of common sense. The management team are shocking and had me questioning how on earth they actually had the role in the first place. The whole experience was far from what youd expect. I bought a slush here and the straw I was expected to drink from was some kind of joke. When I approached a staff member to discuss being provided with a straw I could actually consume the drink with I was told it was my problem as I had already purchased the drink and they were experiencing a straw shortage. I simply asked for a bigger straw or an alternative drink but that was clearly far to much to ask from this business. In total I had to speak to 3 members of staff at different managerial levels and equally poor customer service skills. They would rather stand there and argue you with you than work with you and retain your business.
I went there for my birthday with my family and whenever we scored it would show a funny thing like in catch phrase! I really enjoyed and the experience includes food and a drink. Also there is a arcade there filled with air hockey, racing games and more!
I come down from Liverpool to see my daughter as she lives in Swansea with her mum so any day is special with us two together. I came down this weekend and spent the day here with my girl. She enjoyed it so much the play area was good, arcade games where good even though now and then they don't register the money you put in so I lost a couple quid, toilets are clean. Food was ok it could be a little better but other than that this is an amazing place.
Been to 2 partys here and the food is terrible. Went to a 1st birthday party today and the food was disgusting my little one wouldnt even look at it. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone I know
Lovely soft play. All clean and new! Bit more expensive than others and there is no parking so have to factor that cost in but still worth a visit.
