I went here with my mates to go in the arcade. We saw that both the air hockey machines were in use. We then decided to wait by the car racing games. We then finished our air hockey games and then went back to the car racing game as we were getting money to play. The worker instantly came up to us and told us we were to leave even though we told her we were waiting. She still told us to leave and threatened us with security. We did nothing wrong and we paid like ordinary customers. I do not think this is fair.
It's like being 15 again! Loved that they kept the arcades and the same decor. Sadly, 8 quid each for a game seems a bit steep for bowling. If they included two games for that I would have stayed longer and ordered drinks etc. Still, staff were super friendly and recommend a discount code.
My husband and I went here on a discount offer we bought online. We had 2 games of bowling and a meal each for 15 each. Just 2 games on their own was about 13 so for an extra 2 each its worth it for the food. The food is always really nice when weve had it. Theres lots of arcade games inside and a nice bar area. Its always busy on the weekends and there seems to be a large amount of kids parties here. Its a nice chilled afternoon out. Staff are always nice and you didnt even have to change your shoes anymore. As long as you have flat rubber shoes on you can wear your own. Its very loud, for obvious reasons lol.
Spent most of my teenage years here. Glad to see money has been spent on improving the place. A real family friendly place!
Good fun venue for bowling. Had some issues with a lane where the pins weren't dropping, had a game for free which was a nice gesture. Nice drinks, decent enough food. I would recommend for a fun few hours out
