Nice place to go for a coffee and helpful staff
My husband and myself went to Costas ordered 2 large cappachino and was asked if we wanted chocolate sprinkles,I said yes then another girl put our coffees on the tray and I asked if we could have the chocolate sprinkles,she just glared at me and when she fetched the sprinkler she just threw it all over the coffee all over the cup and all over the tray, I asked another girl if we could have serviettes to wipe up the mess. We have recently had a bereavement and I am mad with myself for not taking a photo of it or asking for my money back, the coffee was not even hot. We will never set foot in a Costas again. The girl in the whitewalls cafe was young with dark hair working the coffee machines. I hope she sees this and she knows who she is and changes her attitude.

Didn't have a great experience. It was ok. Was excited to order two of the new hot chocolates. Ordered the orange and black forest ones. The guy making them put a tiny bit of cream on top and it didn't look anything like the photo. Costa are usually really good at making their drinks well and was expecting a decent amount of cream... I mean c'mon, it's a hot chocolate!! Disappointing. The flavour was lovely so it's a shame it didn't look the part. The cafe itself wasn't very tidy either with many table still cluttered with empty cups and plates and trays. We had to move a full tray of empty dishes so that we could sit down. Not the best experience I've had in Costa and won't be visiting this one again
