Recently been in a couple of times. The staff are always welcoming and a pleasure to be served by. Always a great smell of fresh coffee as soon as you open the door and on a cold and wet day always great to have a warming brew. Will be looking into buying many of the ground coffees in the near future.
No-nonsense caf with first class service. Toasted sandwiches with sourdough are great. Ask for your coffee with less milk if you're used to drinking coffee from Starbucks/Costa etc because they do coffee old school (that is, very milky!)
A well frequented restaurant always busy. The staff are always very attentive and you never have to wait long for the meal. The food is always excellent and prices are very reasonable. I only wish they would open one in Cardiff again. I used to love the beautiful smell of the fresh ground coffee wafting along Queen Street.
Love this place! Quick service with affordable prices. Decor lost in the 70s but that's what gives this place its atmosphere. Always busy which is always a good sign for a good place to eat.
This restaurant is a feature of Swansea, and has been there for years. Was always impressed with the smell of coffee there.Would rate it highly however, I had a roast beef dinner and, whilst nice, wasn't perfect. The veg was obviously frozen and the plate was cold.Furthermore, the staff could be friendlier instead of treating you like a conveyor belt. Still pretty good.
