Its 8.38am and Inam standing waiting for a taxi to take me home. When booking my sons car in, I was told that I could have book a lift free of charge through them???? What wasnt I told this at the time I made the Appointment? Yes they offered me a lift but I would then have to wait. I explained that I did not have the privilege to wait for them this morning as I had to get home and pick my own car up as I work with disabled adult and transport them. They apologised which is fair enough. But they did not offer to pay for my taxi fair did they!!!!
Always found Bassetts Citroen to be very fair and efficient ., informative friendly staff throughout . Not the cheapest Labour rates around but obviously have a lot of overheads to account for . I would recommend them .
I have a small local removal company Ateam4hire Ltd. We currently have 3 x 3.5t vans and a car on the fleet, they are all different makes, one of the vans is a Citroen Relay Jumbo Van.Of all the different companies and garages we have dealt with, Bassetts Citroen in Swansea is by far the best we deal with, to a point where I now wish all of the fleet were Citroen.The speed and efficiency of service is near unbelievable, even the AA technician with me on my last visit there said he's never seen anything like it, we had a starting motor replaced before I had even arrived at the van hire company where i was expecting at least a 3/4 day replacement vehicle, the sort of time delay I regular receive at the other dealers for what have been more minor issues.As a business the efficiency of service Bassett Citroen provide is of such high importance, enabling us to maintain our own level of service, keeping costs down and keeping stress levels to a minimum during otherwise almost unmanageable and costly times.Highly recommended to others and our recommendation comes from experience of other similar companies in the area.
Fantastic costumer service. My car was on recall. They phoned me when it was ready. They even clean the car. We wait a little and had a free coffee and hot chocolate. New cars on display were amazing and sales men were very helpful when asked. Lovely time in Citroen!!
We visited Bassetts Citroen today to look at getting a car for my wife's driving instructor business. The salesman that dealt with us was brilliant there was no pressure and we weren't rushed. He left us look at the cars and took us out on a test drive. We loved the car and discussed a finance plan with them which was explained nicely and fully. We finally bought the car and couldn't be happier.
