Absolutely disgusting after sales service, trying to fob my son off after selling him a car that has more lights on the dash now after 2 weeks of having it than a Christmas tree, passed the buck saying that having a black box installed has caused it, absolute rubbish, unwilling to sort the car out even with it still under their warranty, avoid like the plague... update... the reply from the business is total bs, the insurance company never caused the problem, I was there when the black box was fitted and it was nowhere near the where the problems are from, trading standards is our next stop if they don't sort it soon...

I don't like buying cars and I certainly don't like used car salesmen, until now.I recently bought a car from UK Car Sales and I am very impressed. The vehicle was exactly as described online. There is one minor fault with the car, it's in the garage today being put right by UK car sales, simple as that.Jack and Laurence were friendly, polite and attentive. No hard sell ! All in all a pleasurable experience. Bought a car around two weeks ago. A different approach to car sales than I have been used to at main dealers, relaxed atmosphere, jeans and t-shirts, no pressure to buy and no hard sell. I was allowed to test drive the car as often as I wished and was also allowed to take the car for a once over at my own mechanic for peace of mind. Couldn't have asked for more as a customer. Great service!
