Hired vans from here a couple of times with no problems, but the last time I did the van developed a problem and kept going into "limp mode". When I rang for a replacement I was told that they would look into it and get back to me. After 6 hours with no response I phoned back and was told they couldn't find a replacement and I should ring the AA. I explained that I couldn't do without another van so was left with the intermittent problem for the remaining 2 days rental.
A company that firstly leaves customers waiting until 18:30 to collect a vehicle scheduled for 17:00 only to telephone at 16:00 on a weekday and demand the car be returned by the end of the day when the customer works full time. Explained that only to be threatened with extra charges. (That they have no way of collecting by the way). Upon laughing hysterically at the empty threat I returned the car at my convenience the following day when a female manager attempted to make herself known by prancing around the forecourt as the vehicle was being inspected and then reversing a car whilst attempting to rev and reverse closely. Babe this is the only career youll have. Its a shame as Matthew was very professional throughout.. oh that was only until he breached GDPR by disclosing my personal information to a third party. Wow. Enterprise do you train your colleagues? As I can see you only need GCSEs to become employed!
Not very good service at all. They're slogan is "we'll pick you up and drop you home". Yeah if we have a car to take you, otherwise find your own way home.

Incredible service. We has free pick ups and drop offs to and from the station. The collection of the car took minutes and we were given a free upgrade. Quality of the car was exceptional. Drop off took no longer than 8 minutes and we were given our full deposit. Cannot fault this place. Great price, friendly, helpful and quick service and super efficient. Thank you! I'll definitely be using this again.
