Absolutely awful there's literally no way you can get hold off them they definitely leave the phone off the hook ! If your really not well you may aswell go wait in a&e you will get seen you quicker ! The receptionists always seem to be unhappy while talking to you can be so rude just smile ! Makes us feel welcome
Good luck getting someone to answer the phones!! Even if you rang and it was like a waiting system would be amazing but no you have to ring 50 times average to get it to ring!! No way is this small doctors that busy! They must leave the phone off the hook
Get a bloody voicemail or answering machine. Seems like they just keep the phone busy. I doubt they are so busy there, its easier to get through to Morriston hospital than this surgery :/
