Been with them 18years no problems before they merged with High St surgery. What a shambles !!!!!!
This practice has the most amazingly helpful reception / admin staff, nurses and doctors of any surgery I've ever belonged to. I love the fact that they do open surgery every morning without the horrible phone back system - which many others have now adopted. I've been registered here for 18 months now and I have nothing but praise for the whole team!
Had excellent and very professional service by Dr's at this surgery especially Dr Horseman he may have retired by now
We were here on vacation and we were worried about our daughters finger. They were nice enough to offer us a quick appointment, even though she wasnt registered with them. We ended up going home; but were thankful they would have helped us in such a rush!
I walked all the way from high street surgery to saint Helen surgery in cold, while having flu and very bad headache then waited for 2 hours to listen from some nurse that get paracetamol, aspirin and vicks from the pharmacy across the road. Paracetamol cost 25p. What a joke.
