Having moved from Cardiff to Swansea a couple of years ago I have found this surgery very helpful. It does take a while to get through in the mornings but they are very accommodating once you speak to someone. The reception team are by far the best I've experienced and always try to get me seen that day. I've seen 3 doctors at the surgery and they are all very good at listing to what I'm saying and following up with a course of action.They may not be perfect but they certainly do their best under the pressures imposed on them. When I move away from the area I hope I have a surgery as good as these.
Always waiting an hour more than the appointment time.
Is it about time that the surgery abandons it's appointment system as it clearly isn't fit for purpose....the time management of one of the doctors is at the least atrocious...never been seen at appointed time yet
After phoning on LNR every minute from 08:00 to 08:50 I finally got through to a very "official" receptionist to be told that there were no appointments left and I would have to try again next Monday. What if the same thing happens on Monday? Maybe I,ll just Die over the weekend !!!
Calling 85 times now phones engaged. Always same . When they attent your call they will say no appointments left. Disgusting service
