We have used Alan (John Edwards Funeral Directors) a number of times, which is unfortunate I suppose. Alan and company have always provided a gentle and thoughtful service at what is a very difficult time for people. He is a kind, respectful and a patient gentleman that really takes care of the situation and guides you through the process of saying good-bye.I can not recommend Alan enough, he is exactly the person you need during that difficult period.

Brilliant up to the funeral..... but the after care was absolutely appalling. Not only did we lose our Mam, Nan and great Nan, it took 3 months for mum's ashes to be interned with my dad, and and lately something else had come to light and has only just been sorted out 6 months since mams passing. Would definitely NOT be recommending..
