i cannot thank lee and his family enough for the love and support given during the hardest time of my life. I lost my father in the new year and I had no idea what i was suppose to do next, from registering his death to arranging his funeral. After just one phone call to lee, i was told all i needed to do to (which was minimal) and all the worry and stress from there on was taken away from me and dealt with by lee and his amazing family. On the day of my dads funeral everyone who attended said how lovely the service was and how my father would be so proud. Dad was taken from the chapel by a beautiful horse and carriage, myself and the rest of my family were driven by lee and Naomi to the cemetery. I cannot thank them enough for the love and support and respect given to me and my family at this hard time, even during the days after the funeral. i would also like to thank thank them for taking such great care of my daddy while he was with them.i would have never coped without this family's love and care.katie thomas
I would like to say that the service from Phillip, Lee and Naomi during the recent loss of my mother wasn't only professional but extremely compassionate with all aspects of arrangements. I know this is a service we pay for but I have to say that it has never felt like a business arrangement but like true friends helping my family and I through the most difficult time of our lives. I would have no hesitation to use Phillip again and can highly recommend them to give you the best for your loved ones at an extremely difficult time.
From arriving at the house to taking the coffin to the grave nothing at all was too much trouble for these. What an absolutely fantastic team you were and I wouldnt hesitate in a heartbeat to recommend you to anyone. Frank chose the best and I personally thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart for making us all relaxed and putting us at ease that we were in safe hands. See you soon. Ash
I truly can not thank Lee & Naomi for the 5* service given to myself and my family.At the most emotional sad time for my family due to the loss of my father (My Hero ). Nothing was to much for them. The whole experience was treated with the upmost care.The compassion you give to my mother, brothers, grandchildren, son in law , daughter in laws was excellent.On the day of the funeral everything from the service at home with the Vicar mark to the driver of the Hearse who was driven by a lovely lady Naomi.To have a lady driver was different and lovely. The male drivers of the mourners cars who were very professional and caring also.This is definitely going to be our family Funeral Director from now on.If you are looking for caring understanding professional funeral directors this is definitely the one to choose.The chapel of rest is very homely and welcoming. The Rest Room where you go to see your loved one is decorated To a high standard and so comforting for you to take your time and have lovely chairs to sit and just take in your thoughts for as long as it takes.You are not rushed in any way and can take as long as you need which is very comforting to know.
