A1 store good staff great choise
DFS has just rang me to arrange delivery of my sofa. I was speaking with Georgia and I explained I was just dropping my son off at nursery and asked if she could call back or if I could call her back. The response I had was...'I literally have 3 questions!' Well 3 questions whilst trying to hold on to a 3year old might aswell be 30. Oh and to ask me to think up a suitable day for delivery where i am completely free of anything without looking at a diary this time of year whilst doing this is utterly ignorant and ridiculous.When a CUSTOMER requests a call back or to call back it should be granted.
The sales woman was great to start with but when I went to collect my sofa in person, no one helped me to load it & it was extremely heavy. The sales staff were just standing around watching me struggle but didn't care. Would not buy from them again.
Great friendly no pressure service. We already knew what we were looking for having already looked on the website but wanted to see it in the flesh before committing. We went to the Swansea store which was undergoing some renovations at the time. Despite this the shop was still layed out well and was safe to move around even with my crutches. We easily found what we were looking for and we weren't disappointed. Dan, who was extremely helpful and friendly helped us complete our purchase. Now just waiting for our new furniture to be delivered.
Lovely staff. Always buy my sofas from here. Never had a problem. My current sofa says dry clean only but i chuck them in the washing machine and they come up lovely. Will be going back soon for a new sofa.
