Absolutely awful the salesman ordered windows that didn't fit, They broke my bath installing the window and tried to fill it with silicone and the window handles break for fun.........And I think they may have gone bust as the phone number is invalid wonder how this works with the Fensa guarantee that I chased for over a year to receive and took court action to get. Wish I could give no stars to be fair!
Had facial boards guttering & down pipes fitted buy Mike and his team who did a neat and precise job, thay were very professional and polite. Also 2 days later Steve and Sam fitted 4 windows and a front door, they're standard of workmanship was outstanding. I thought that thay would have had problems with installation due to the age of the property but to them it was no problem. There was no damage or redecorating needed.they were both also very polite and helpful and talked us through the work they were doing. All in all both teams gave over 100% . Very pleased, would definitely recommend.
I recently had all new windows and a new front door supplied. The quality and security are excellent and would highly recommend this firm. The workmen were very friendly and left the house immaculate, everything was cleaned up.A very happy customer.Helen gurney
Nick & Josh installed 4 new windows, the patio door and new front door. They were polite, friendly and professional in all their works. My wife and I are very happy with the product and more than happy with Nick & Josh's installation. It's lovely to have windows that open easily, but can be locked when closed. Also, the patio door opens smoothly and easily, not like to old aluminium framed patio doors.; they were really difficult to slide open.I can only speak as i find, and I would recommend Nick & Josh from Direct Home Improvements to anyone.
I had my 3 windows and 1 door fitted today by Nick and Benn. I would just like to say that their work today was second to none!!!! Brilliant. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.I am so happy with the result!!! Especially my door step!!!! Lol (the boys will get it!!)I was a bit apprehensive using your company due to some reviews Ive read but your company has over exceeded my expectations.Thank you Nick and Ben!!!!
