This place is amazing. A really unique experience. Ana is an amazing teacher. Brilliant at yoga but also a very encouraging teacher who helps you get the most out of your class whilst you also enjoy the experience. I really enjoyed the classes I took here, and also made lots of progress with my practice.
Hotpod Swansea is a fantastic experience for all standards, beginner right through to experienced!The heat is lovely, and certainly gets the pores open, there isn't a class I don't leave pretty drenched in sweat (a good thing in my eyes!).The teachers are fantastic, with a diverse range of styles and props to assist the less flexible among us! Highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!
Absolutely love hotpod yoga. All of the teachers are really helpful and experienced. The environment is just perfect, and the heat really helps with getting into the muscles. I feel amazing every time I leave the pod. I haven't been going for long but already I feel part of the hotpod family, such a friendly place. Highly recommend xx
37 heat and always smells incredibly good! Great yoga instructors who are very friendly and helpful taking all bodies and breath to a sweaty zen. Amazing first deal 10 for 10 days... Now I can't stop!
I would recommend Hotpod to anyone - the 10 day trial is worth every penny...then you get hooked once you realise how good it feels moving in the warmth! Good for the body and the mind - great teachers, music and atmosphere. Try it out!
