It's an okay gym but 3 out of 5 (maybe 6) of the rowing machines batteries have been flat since before Christmas so you cant use any presets. 2 of the spin bikes are the same. Simple fixes but just don't seem to get immediate enough attention.
The gym is loaded with equipment that all looks brand new, clean and well positioned in the gym. The staff go above and beyond to help any member which makes me feel more comfortable in the gym. I find the classes really helpful when I am not motivated to work out.
Get's the job done nicely, quite large if you're looking for a regular gym, quite small if you've been to a real gym.
Great facility, wonderful staff. A good selection of workouts available. If you need a pt I would recommend hardwiredfitness who works there!
