Rudest old woman I have ever met. Left my clothes to be washed and dried and after having a bad first experience where my clothes were returned to me still damp and therefore started smelling I asked for them to make sure they were dry. When I collected my clothes, half had shrunk because they tumble dried them twice and labels melted into fabrics meaning some things had holes and others had itchy labels. On top of that I had underwear and a jumper go missing. When I sent my boyfriend to ask if they could check if they were there the lady was exceedingly rude to him about me. Overall I had to replace about 85 worth of clothes.
Nice staff. Machine aren't too expensive, it depends on the washing machine but the one I used was 3.60, there are cheaper ones and the tumble dryers are 20p for 2:30 minutes. You do have to use 20p but you can exchange for them there.
