This dry cleaners is fantastic and saved the day for my mum the day before my wedding. My mum bought a lovely dress, took it to be taken in by a Swansea seamstress based in Birchgrove who not only did an awful job of sewing, but managed to stain her dress in several places. As you can imagine, this was quite stressful, but City Drycleaners went above and beyond to ensure my mums dress was cleaned that day and the lady (Cath) who worked there stayed later than she needed to. I am very thankful and grateful that I came across this place.
I bring a lot of my vintage clothes here and they always look after them because they know some are quite fragile and some quite rare.I've just picked up a waistcoat that had a stubborn stain that didn't come out after the first 2 attempts at cleaning but they kept trying until it was done.Highly recommended.
I keep having bad experience after bad experience, so I've given up going. White shirt went in with a stain on the shoulder, emerged still with the stain. Suit went in, emerged with a button snapped on the jacket. Another suit went in with animal hair, I told them to make sure it was removed, and it was still covered when it came out. Thanks but no thanks.
