F G Trew, is one of the best companies I and my wife have dealt with in ordering a complete bathroom refit. Belinda was first class in taking and advising us on our order. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The goods where delivered on time and also extra product I ordered was delivered the next day. I would highley recomed Trews, a truly first class local company. Purchased a wood burner 2017. Issues with it from new, phoned, so many times, emailed so many times, spoken with Mr Mike Trew, Belinda, Jason & Carol, still not resolved. Waiting for replacement parts. Phoned again today 12th March spoke to Carol, who said Belinda will give me a phone call back tomorrow. Will keep you updated.
After four years of having used their services to fit a new bathroom, the whole experience can only be seen as shoddy.1. The sealant for the shower has been improperly done by them numerous times and has resulted in water leaking down the wall in the living room.2. The sink as had to be replaced twice, with a change of design for the last one due to the other not being suitable for a first floor bathroom due to the legs cracking.3. The new sink hasn't been properly secured resulting in It wobbling and potentially fall over onto someone if they are not careful.4.The tiles are starting to fall off the wall, and after telling them about this nothing has been done to sort this out.5. They have proven to be rather hesitant to provide help in resolving the issues that occur. With them giving no hint of anything being done for months unless you chase them about such matters.In short, don't bother using their services it will simply leave you stressed and feeling regret for years after.It has gotten to the point where someone else may be the only solution to fixing our problems.
Purchased a wood burning stove after visiting the Stove Showroom. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable, advising us on which stove would work best for our home. Fitting was organised and stove is in ready for Christmas!
