DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYBooked them in August for a 3 star service. Mrs took a day off to allow access. First time they couldnt find the house but didnt call for directions or answer her when she called. Next time they carried out a 1 star service with no ongoing cover. Been chasing them ever since to correct this but they NEVER return calls.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
