Good service and care provided by Christine the vet and rest of team , thought 149 upfront for out of hours consultation was expensive and would mean that some people would not be able to afford it and would be forced to wait until their vets was open , luckily I have insurance and also 15 administration fee to fill out insurance forms a bit expensive ,grateful of treatment provided thanks Roy.
It was a sad day to loose my best friend of 15 years but they had so much compassion and care. I also received a beautiful card through the post with a lovely seedling to plant in memory of my beloved Roxy.
The staff working on Christmas Day were so caring with us when we had to take our girl in. Sadly she was too tired to go on anymore but they made sure we knew what to expect and gave us as much time as we wanted to stay with her after. Thank You.

After quite a journey. The practice were kind and friendly. The diagnosis wasn't quite right as the vet said our dogs stomach was soft. He was worse the following day and our own vet was concerned as it was hard. After 2nd more days of treatment he got rid of something very hard plastic in his poo. We were so pleased as he immediately perked up and started eating for the first time for 3 days. Whilst I appreciate it's out of hours the vet bill was 6 times our own vet bill but I am grateful for their help.
