They offered a free bike service at work as part of their promotional roadshows. I should've known better when they joked I'd have to buy a new one from them after they tinkered with it. Now the gears are missaligned and I have to take it somewhere else to fix their mess. Wouldn't recommend and definitely wouldn't buy from them.
Didn't return any of my calls, didn't ever get through to them in about 25 attemps .. worst service ever
Absolutely a joke- it has been a month and I still cannot use my brand new bike and everytime Cycle Solution has tried to "Help" created a new problem. if you are lucky to get a bike which has no fault then you don't need to deal with them, that's fine. In my case, I received a faulty bike and the customer service has been awful. basically, they don't take responsibility if something is wrong- as long as the money in their bank account.
Shocking service right from the start. The bike sat at "Packed and ready to ship" status for two weeks before I phoned them and it was in fact packed they just hadn't shipped it. Arrived a few days later in a box full of holes with a pedal missing. Phoned regarding the status of the pedals and was sent new ones in the post, they turned up and were generic plastic pedals so I contacted them again and requested they send the actual pedals, I don't pay all that money for a bike to have it arrive incomplete. The pedals should have been Cannondale Platforms as per the bike spec on the Cannondale site. Waited three more weeks no sign of the pedals so phoned again, this time told they couldn't order the pedals separately (begs the question where my original ones went) so was sent the "Closest available alternative" and told that I wouldn't be charged, so I should think so! Dreadful service, think they rest on their laurels safe in the knowledge they are the biggest cycle to work company around and there aren't many other options so they can get away with awful customer service.
So far I have find this company to be an absolute joke no one manning the phones or online chat. Order my bike 26/7, order received by them the same day and given the go ahead by my company 31/8. Will keep you updated with how long the complete process takes but I would like to use the bike sometime this year...Well I managed to find a phone number that was actually answered, try option 2 not 1 but shhh!Order went though and received my bike when it was due. So review stepped up from a 2 to a 4 but still due to awful customer service phone numbers and online chat no 5 stars for this company.
