In Dec 2018 after a lot of research we purchased x 2 giant mountain bikes to the value of 2,800. We did a lot of research and the website was very informative. We first went to the Cardiff store for a general look round and received excellent help and advice. However, I was recommended by the Cardiff store to visit the Giant store in Swansea which I did (as it much larger with bigger selections). I have to say on arriving at Swansea on my first occasion to look at the bikes the help and advice that we received was excellent and was faultless I was very impressed with the teams knowledge at Swansea and also Cardiff. Furthermore we returned to the Swansea store 22nd Dec 2018 where as I said I purchase the bikes. I received excellent service from Josh who was one of the sales advisers and also Tom from the service team both were incredibly knowledgeable very helpful and were willing to go the extra mile to help with advice etc...... it goes without saying that in this day and age we sometimes take good service for granted and, don't give the appreciated feedback that it deserves so, to this end I'm thanking Josh and Tom for there help and support. The bikes that we purchased are excellent and I'm looking forward to travelling back to the store to have them serviced in line with the schedule. I might add that we are not local to the store and I live approximately 120 miles away so, for me to take my bikes back to the store on a 240 mile round trip just confirms my confidence in the store and the team that assisted me (us) in my (our) purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending this store and, I have no hesitation in recommending the Giant brand that we purchased because I have a previously purchased Giant brand bike. Anyway that's enough from me and I hope you find this review useful and I hope you enjoy your visit to the store as I did. The facilities in the store also are excellent and I've been advised that I can call make an appointment for the bikes to be serviced and they'll be done while I wait having a coffee in their cafeteria. Went in to purchase a chain on Sunday 16/12/18 , lad at the front welcomed me and was very polite and directed me to the right area.However, not one person at the till acknowledged me... stood there waiting to be served and no one had the time to talk with me. The staff seemed to be more interested talking amongst each other rather than helping customers.Took my business elsewhere and found the help I needed at a local store in the Uplands.
Served by Morgan. Couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to recommend this store to anyone interested in bikes. Ask for Morgan!
