Ordered the mondraker dune R bike was in warehouse came next day not a problem there however the bike had been chipped! And they poorly touched it up. Also they didnt offer to help set up the bike and just felt like it was best to leave the shop! Will not be buying a bike from there again!
THE worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Bought bib cycling tights and returned as too small. Refund refused as they said I had worn them and not used underwear!When the item returned to me we could find no evidence of any body hairs. ( mine or anyone else) spoke to Rebecca in customer services who I felt was insulting in her implication that I would have tried on and worn their product without underwear . Suffice to say that I will not be dealing with this inadequate company again. DISAPPOINTING in the extreme
3 weeks and finally got the package. The guys at Tredz kindly reimbursed my money and let me have the items for free as a kind gesture. Very nice of them hence the extra star.I order items that says 2-3 days (much needed break pads & fluid). 16 days and waiting. Had to go into town and buy some. So disappointing.UPDATE:To be fair to Tredz. They were very Apologetic and once to order did arrive I phones to tell them and they reimbursed my moneys and let me keep the product. Very kind of them. I will give the money to a charity as it would be unfair to keep.But thank you Tredz
Ollie done great. Assured me the e Bike would get my overweight aging self up a steep hill most struggle to walk up. First time. No sign of sweat, perspiration, palpitations. Incredible. Product : Cube Touring Hybrid Pro 500 Easy Entry 2019 - Electric Hybrid Bike. Believing it.
Bought a lovely cube hardtail last week, was served by a lovely chap called Ollie, best service Ive ever received in a retail shop. Ive been looking for a new bike for a while and Ollie really made an effort to show me all the features of this one and made the purchase really easy. 10/10 will tell all my friends to come here!
