Good flat camping fields for motorhomed, camper vans and tents. Lots of electric hook up points. Modern clean toilets/ shower blocks. No extra charge for a shower and plenty of hot water all day. Good shop on site. Inland from coast and narrow roads in places. Pubs about 2 miles both directions all serving good food.
Well kept site with friendly staff and clean loos and hot showers. Good atmosphere, with useful local knowledge, maps and info. in the washing up cabin.
Great campsite, facilities and shop. Very reasonable prices. Some noisy guests considering 10pm is supposed to be quiet time. Singing/shouting but they did pipe down around 11pm. So all good. Great location to coast, only a short drive away. I was surprised how flat and soft the grounds were. We had camp beds but kneeling putting up the tent and sitting around the grass enjoying the sights with the hills in the background was just lovely. Great job!!
We have arrived home to Derby tonight after the most wonderful 5 nights at kennoxstone. We were made very welcome as soon as we arrived Everything was so clean and lovely. The fields were immaculate and the disabled loo and shower room I used for my son were spotless. The shop was well stocked and not overly priced. Oh and to top it all off there was an ice cream van that came onto the field every evening!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back.
We visit Kennexstone on a regular basis. The reason we always stay there is mainly because of the excellent service they offer. They are always more than friendly the toilets and showers are spotless and they give you plenty of room for your camping units. We have watched the site grow year by year and its becoming a great camping haven. Kids are safe which is always a big bonus.
