All the staff members showed genuine care and interest in helping, as though they were looking for a house for themselves. Great service and couldnt be happier with how things went. 100% recommend.
I would personally say that over the four years renting with Fresh there have been some ups and downs. My partner and I had several property managers during our tenancy, and haven't always had the best experience. Having said that, I would like to make a special mention to Rebecca, who has been fantastic throughout the latter part of our tenancy. Always responded to emails promptly, and did everything she could to help us with any issues that we had. Always an inviting atmosphere in the office, and a friendly manner over the phone.
Students beware!They are the worst estate agents in Swansea.They lie to your face about the properties you're viewing, claiming that they will fix up the property before your move in date and then never do. Regardless of complaints, both over email or in person.The mattress I was given had a giant gash in it and was probably older than me. When asked to replace it they refused. On multiple occasions.As with any agency who lets to students, getting deposits back from them is an ordeal.The reviews on Google show they care about their landlords, but not their tenants. Look at the ratio of 1-star vs 5-star ratings.After I initially posted this review, I received a harassing email from "Director of Fresh - Dean Brain" begging me to change it. Which I will not.I told him simply if he wants better reviews on Google he should address the multiple complaints his student tenants are making. Director of Dean simply replies "I don't care but lets agree to disagree" This isn't the way a director of the company should act, and his actions are a prime example of how Fresh treat their tenants. Trust me when I say avoid this agency and find somebody even the tiniest bit better.edit:To anybody reading this, I would like to address Fresh (Dean's) fabrications in his reply.To comment on his claim about ending my tenancy - I left by my own volition because the house was in such an awful state of disrepair. When wanting out of a contract with this agency I was required to find a new tenant to replace me. Once I had a new tenant to replace me, they refused to give back my deposit (Ignoring their own contractual agreements).Fresh lies to protect the public from their own shortcomings.If any students out there do yourself a favour and look through other complaints from Students (You will find them exclusively in the 1 star review) and then you will see that the agency is as bad as we all say.Students: I am happy to forward you any photos or emails that I've received from this agency showing you how unhelpful they are.(Contact me via social media)I recommend sticking with Uni housing, or if you want to go private try Threshold but make sure you take photos when you move in.
