The lettings team at John Francis thankfully drew to a close for me a long 6 months of searching for a place to live for me and my three cats using various other agencies. Ellie and the team were extremely professional and efficient, showing an awareness of my specific needs, and were honest and transparent when it came to finding the right place. The team is also packed with personality, making the whole process much more pleasant as well as streamlined. They continue to provide a positive experience as i settle in to my new home. Excellent service. Would highly recommend. I have been a landlord for several years and used several estate agents. I find this team to be far better than the rest. In my opinion they go above and beyond what's contracted of them. If i have any issues with my properties or tenants they are on to it immediately and resolve very quickly. This restate office is the only office in Swansea city, which is very honest, full commitment with customers. I have dealt with the tenancy section, where Ceri, is a general manger. She has high-morals, nice-spirit, and sweet-heart. In general, I recommend this office in a massive way.
Ellie was absolutely fantastic during our search for a property, knowing we werent locals she gave us advice and knowledge of the surrounding areas whilst she showed us the properties! Her engaging and enthusiastic personality really helped relieve the pressure of having to find a new property within the short time frame of our relocation and we now have a beautiful property. Excellent team, very polite and helpful. They would always let us know in advance if they were coming to show people the house for viewings or take photos etc. Especially considerate because they knew we were in the process of moving at the time as well. Ellie in particular was lovely, very friendly. Brilliant personality. All the viewings she held were very organised and she was very welcoming to all the people who came to see the house. Would highly recommend.
