5 starsI honestly cant rate this company highly enough! Andy, Hayley and the staff have always been very informative, trustworthy and helpful from day 1. Weve only ever had a couple of minor problems in the house over the last two years, but a quick phone call to the office and everything is generally resolved very quickly (normally with Andy assessing the situation first). Just last Friday there was a problem with one of the radiators and on the very same day that the call was made, Andy visited the house and resolved the problem so that there was heating available over the weekend. Quality service! We also had a blockage with the new shower that was fitted last year, but we neednt have worried, it was sorted within 24 hours.SPA are extremely approachable and very thorough. I have no complaints, but Im sure if I did, a call to the office would be all that was needed.Keep up the great service SPA
