An otherwise great service was undone by moving the utility supplier without discussion with both the landlord and us the tenant. Instead they chose to use a small clause buried in the contract. This is still not resolved and while the estate agent will no doubt earn some small commission from the utility supplier (who then ceased trading 2 days after the move) the ongoing hassle is enormous and extremely time consuming.
