We are simply elated. After several months of our property sitting on another Swansea estate agents site with no offers, we pulled our property off the market. I was have a appointment to see a flat, and when me and my wife are arrived in front the building and waiting the agent to see the flat, he arrived and told me on the just time that the flat was gone to another person, before me. They made me like a fool.(First to see or first to book?) They are confused. Didn't call me in advance to warn, and told me my number fone was wrong. Simple like this. This day was a rainy day, my wife has flu and extracted a tooth the day before. Don't recommend this office, total lack of respect for myself and my wife.
